Kevin G. McAllister

Kevin McAllister is vice president and general manager, Global Sales for GE Aviation. He was named an officer of General Electric Company in 2008. In this role, he is responsible for sales of all commercial engine products and services globally. In 2009, McAllister was appointed a member of GEs Commercial Council.

McAllister joined GE Aviation in 1989 and held various materials engineering leadership roles supporting product design, manufacturing, component repair and technology development.

In 1998, he was named Master Black Belt leading Six Sigma across global Component Repair Operations in the Services organization. Later that year, he was appointed Master Black Belt leading the overall GE Engine Services Six Sigma program across Operations, Materials, Engineering and Marketing & Sales.

McAllister became general manager of GE Engines Services Customer Satisfaction Organization in 2000. In 2001, he was appointed to general manager of Customer & Product Support Operations. This organization provides technical, operational and commercial support to GE & CFM customers.

In 2005, McAllister assumed the position of sales general manager for the Americas regions, responsible for the sale of commercial engine products and services in North and Latin Americas.

Prior to joining GE, he worked for Howmet Corporation on its Corporate Technical Leadership Program.

McAllister graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in materials engineering. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors for The Wings Club, a membership of world aviation and aerospace leaders. McAllister was the 2002 Chairperson for the Greater Cincinnati Chapter of GE Elfun Volunteers.
