Paul A. McElhinney is vice president and general manager, Services, for GE Aviation. In this role, McElhinney oversees the Services organization that is responsible for the maintenance, repair and overhaul of GE's fleet of commercial engines. The Services organization consists of close to 8,000 employees at 17 locations around the world.

McElhinney has spent more than 20 years working in all aspects of the aviation industry. He joined GE in 1992 in its GE Capital Aviation Services business in Shannon, Ireland. In 1998, he was appointed as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of GECAS. He joined GE Aviation in 2004 as Vice President, Legal and added responsibility for Business Development in 2010. He assumed his current role in May 2011.

McElhinney holds an honors degree in law from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
