Asset Records

Modernize the way you manage aircraft records and leased asset documentation

Records Management System

Records Management System makes it easy for operators to streamline records management. With a single, cloud-based solution, operators can digitize, index, and archive all maintenance records, seamlessly connect the records and data of internal and external operations, easily facilitate documentation between airlines and lessors, and match maintenance records to the relevant M&E (Maintenance & Engineering) system.

  • MRO Connect: let’s you extend into additional cloud-based systems, like Workflow Management.
  • Workflow Management: lets you manage error correction and paperwork remediation between the carrier and its outsourced maintenance providers.
  • M&E Systems Integration: enables you to query production databases of M&E systems to support higher accuracy web indexing and post document links back to these databases.

Asset Transfer System

Asset Transfer System helps streamline and simplify the way leased asset documentation is managed between airlines and lessors. With two simple modules, records management and project management, users can drive efficiency throughout the entire leased asset lifecycle while maintaining compliance.

  • Asset/Contract Management: allows for additional integration with external asset and contract software solutions.
  • Back file Integration: enables GE Aviation to scan and organize all existing documents as part of a complete implementation.
