The Outcomes Workshop is a 2.5-day exercise consisting of Design Thinking methods, such as interviews, day-in-the-life stories, journey maps and empathy building. This structured mapping approach frames problems, identifies desired business outcomes, and facilitates data leveraging and analytics to achieve those outcomes.
Target Outcomes, Drivers and Levers, Barriers and Challenges, and Required Capabilities will be identified and documented
