The Outcomes Workshop is a 2.5-day exercise consisting of Design Thinking methods, such as interviews, day-in-the-life stories, journey maps and empathy building. This structured mapping approach frames problems, identifies desired business outcomes, and facilitates data leveraging and analytics to achieve those outcomes.
- Target Outcomes, Drivers and Levers, Barriers and Challenges, and Required Capabilities will be identified and documented
- Facilitation by a User Experience expert using proprietary methodologies such as FastWorks and Phase Zero
- Identify beneficial behavioral changes
- “Art of the Possible” discovery of new outcomes and KPIs
