An update from Steve Winoker

April 17, 2024 | by Steve Winoker

We are looking forward to our First Quarter 2024 earnings call next week and hope you will join us.

In the meantime, I wanted to share with you that I will be leaving GE Aerospace on May 6th to pursue an outside opportunity in a different, unrelated industry. As GE begins its next chapter as GE HealthCare, GE Vernova, and GE Aerospace, now is also the right time for me to begin the next chapter in my career as well.

The last five and a half years have been the highlight of my career as I have had the opportunity to work alongside the most talented and passionate colleagues I’ve known. Together, we have focused day in and day out on improving operationally and for customers, strengthening the business financially, and equally important – rebuilding the trust you place in us as investors, analysts, retirees, and the many people GE impacts across all our industries.

With an emphasis on transparent, timely and thoughtful communication, I am immensely proud of the work of our Investor Relations team – whose efforts continue to set a standard in the sector as an award-winning team. Through the hard work and dedication of not only our entire Investor Relations team, but also our countless cross-functional partners – we stand here today having successfully completed the transformation of GE into three independent, industry leading public companies.

In particular, I want to thank Larry, Rahul, the rest of the leadership team as well as Blaire Shoor and our IR team past and present for this opportunity and for your unwavering dedication, professionalism, friendship and all the learning over these years.

Moving forward, Blaire will serve as your primary point of contact as GE Aerospace completes its search for the next head of IR.  And as we always say on the IR team, ‘the best is yet to come’.

Thank you,
Steve Winoker
