ALC finalizes $348 million CFM LEAP-1B engine order

WEST CHESTER, Ohio — Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) has finalized its order for additional CFM International LEAP-1B engine to power 12 new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, including five 737 MAX 7 and seven MAX 9 aircraft. The engine order is valued at $348 million U.S.
VH-92A Presidential Helicopter Powered by GE Aviation’s CT7-8A6 engine Achieves First Flight

Lockheed Martin announced the first flight of the VH-92A configured test aircraft in support of the U.S. Marine Corps’ VH-92A Presidential Helicopter Replacement Program. The VH-92A is powered by GE Aviation’s CT7-86A engine, which is built at GE’s facility in Lynn, Massachusetts.
