GENEVA, SWITZERLAND - GE Aviation has continued the expansion of its service network for business and general aviation engines, with 28 service centers for M601 and H80 turboprop engines and five service center for CF34-3 engines. "Our customers operate GE-powered business and general aviation aircraft around the world," said Brad Mottier, vice president and general manager of GE Aviation's Business & General Aviation organization. "The expansion of our service network will ensure that no matter where they land, they are never alone and a GE-approved service center is nearby."

Premier Turbines is the M601 and H80 Designated Repair Center for North and South America. As a Designated Repair Center, Premier Turbine offers heavy repair services, exchange engines and rentals, line replacement unit (LRU) rotable pools and field service support to M601 and H80 customers.

GE has named 13 M601 and H80 Authorized Service Centers: Europe -- Aeromecanic and Sokol JSC; Africa - AIR-TEC and Orsmond Aviation; Australia -- AG Aero; South America -- Alagro Fumigaciones, Solo Aviation Systems and TAM Aviacao Executiva; North America -- Cascade Aircraft Conversions, Cutter Aviation, Sky Tractor Supply Company, Smyrna Air Center and Winnipeg River Aircraft. Authorized Service Centers offer comprehensive line maintenance, removals and re-installations of engines and LRUs and engine spares.

Two CF34 Authorized Service Centers are in place: Bombardier and Jet Aviation St. Louis. Under these agreements, Bombardier's five wholly owned business aircraft service centres in the United States and Jet Aviation St. Louis are approved to perform line maintenance inspections, routine installed engine maintenance, removal and replacement of engines and removal and reinstallation of external engine components as well as provide warranty support and facilitates access to both GE parts and technical support.
