Standard Aero, Mint Turbines selected as preferred MRO services providers for restricted category and public use T700 engines

LYNN, Mass. – GE Aviation has selected Standard Aero and Mint Turbines as its preferred Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) and limited scope service providers respectively for restricted category and public use T700 engine operators in the United States.

The T700/CT7 engine family has more than 100 million engine flight hours powering military and commercial aircraft around the world. This engine family relies on more than four decades of operator experience to deliver outstanding reliability, proven power, and long-term value for commercial helicopters.

T700 engines power derivatives of the UH-60 Black Hawk including Sikorsky S70®, S70i® and FIREHAWK® helicopters operating in the US under Restricted Category and Public Use operating certificates.
