GE Engine Services To Acquire Unison Industries, Inc.

EVENDALE, Ohio - GE Engine Services (GEES), a division of GE Aircraft Engines has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Unison Industries Inc. The transaction, terms of which were not disclosed, will be completed upon receipt of various regulatory approvals. 



Unison, a privately held company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, sells and services turbine ignitions, wiring harnesses, alternators, piston ignitions, sensors and switches to the aerospace and power generation industries.
