LE BOURGET -- Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions (LMCES) and GE Aviation signed two OnPoint solution agreements for the material to overhaul CF6 and CF34 engines. The one-year agreements are valued at $10 million (USD) over the life of the agreement.
“In addition to our performance record, LMCES has distinguished itself by tailoring specific MRO solutions to meet individual customer needs,” said Bill Brotherton, president and general manager of LMCES. “These material agreements with GE will ensure our customers have access to high-quality OEM material, when we maintain and overhaul their engine assets.”

OnPoint solutions are customized service agreements tailored to the operational and financial needs of each customer for any size fleet. These agreements are designed to help lower the customers' cost of ownership and maximize the use of their assets. Backed by GE's global support network, OnPoint services may include overhaul, on wing support, new and used-serviceable parts, component repair, technology upgrades, engine leasing, integrated systems support and diagnostics and integrated systems.
