FARNBOROUGH AIR SHOW -- Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), the global leader in regional aircraft leasing, and GE Aviation signed a memorandum of understanding for a ten-year TrueChoiceTM Flight Hour agreement for its CF34-10E engines fleet. Under the agreement, NAC will offer GE Aviation-provided maintenance, repair and overhaul services to its CF34-10E lessees.

"We are delighted to be working with GE Aviation on this TrueChoice Flight Hour program which will offer our lessees cost certainty for the operation of their CF34-10E engines," says Tom Turley, Chief Operating Officer of NAC. "GE have been hugely supportive of this initiative, and we believe we have come up with an innovative arrangement that will allow NAC the flexibility to offer such a program to its customers, irrespective of fleet size."

"This TrueChoice Flight Hour agreement with NAC is the first of its kind between a lessor and GE Aviation and will ensure its CF34-10E engine fleet will be maintained to OEM standards while flying with NAC customers," says Jean Lydon-Rodgers, president and chief executive officer of GE Aviation's Services organization. "We are excited to finalizing the agreements and providing MRO services to NAC and its customers."
